Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our California-based studio. Every wreath is handmade to order, so please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

Standard delivery takes 6–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Once your package leaves our studio, delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs, weather, or local delays outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us right away and we'll help sort it out. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered — we strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout for full peace of mind.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
