Refund Policy

Every wreath is handmade to order in California — no two are exactly alike, and small variations in paint, spine placement, or figurine finish are part of the charm, not a defect.

If your wreath arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Sarahwreaths@outlook.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement — no questions asked.

Because each wreath is made-to-order by hand, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, wrong item selected, or "didn't look how I expected." Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Once your package is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For full peace of mind, we recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout.

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase — after that, production has already started and cancellations are not possible.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
